About them: Hello, My name is Matteo Pittenger, and I am 13 years old. I am a magician, maker, and puppet maker. I got a 3D printer this Christmas and have been printing different projects ever since. I also enjoy Snowboarding and riding bikes with my friends.

What inspired you or what is the idea that got you started?
I was inspired to make the mask after watching the new Spider-Man No Way Home movie.
What is your project about and how does it work?
My project is a 3d printed mask that was printed in multiple parts. I then hand-stitched the mask to cover the print and programmed an Arduino to have the eyes open and close on the mask.
What did you learn by doing this project?
I learned arduino coding and I am working on perfecting my sewing skills.
What impact does your project have on others as well as yourself?
I love creating new projects and always like a new challenge. It helped me to push myself to create new things and learn new skills.
