Q: How do I access my membership account?
A: When you first signed up, we sent you a Welcome to Make: Community Membership email with your login information. Sometimes these messages go to spam. Please check your spam/junk folders and be sure to whitelist memberships@make.co. If you still can’t find the welcome email, email us at: memberships@make.co.

Q: I am already a Make: Member, what now?
A: Thank you for your continued support. Your current membership was transferred and upgraded to our new system. Please be aware that you will need to reset your password. We apologize for this inconvenience. To reset your password please go to https://community.make.co/reset-password/. For additional questions email us at: memberships@make.co.

Q: How do I access the Make: Magazine Collection to find articles from Make: magazine back issues?
A: Every issue of Make:, including the current issue, is available in the Make: Magazine Collection members and can be accessed by going to stage.make.co and logging in with your membership login and password. Click the Make: Magazine Collection link on the black bar underneath the red Make: logo.

Q: How do I add a print subscription?
A: Paid members can access Make: magazine print subscription discounts. You will receive an email with a link to special member pricing.

Q: How do I upgrade a membership?
A: On the Make.co homepage, click on the membership that you want to upgrade to. Also, you may upgrade to Make: Society

Q: Is my membership tax deductible?
A: No, Make: is not a 501(c)(3) so memberships do not qualify for federal or state tax deductions.
