Making for Social Impact

Making for Social Impact

Wondering how to teach STEAM while tackling real-life challenges?

Many schools and universities house amazing fabrication facilities with the most expensive and state of the art equipment and tools. However, a majority of these spaces remain under utilized all year round.

Tikkun Olam Makers (TOM) is a non-profit venture dedicated to improving lives by making affordable open-source technology accessible to all. TOM leverages the unique ecosystems in schools, universities and care centers in order to create communities that design and manufacture solutions for people with disabilities, the elderly and the poor.

Join us to learn more about incorporating making as a tool for social impact in your community.
